Slow Cooker Roast with Potatoes and Carrots:

Slow Cooker Roast, Potatoes & Carrots
Reynolds Slow Cooker Liners
6-8 med potatoes
8 oz water
Vidalia Onion (or yellow)
2-4 lb Roast
1 lb bag baby carrots
Mrs. Dash lemon pepper
4 oz. Worcestershire sauce
Place Reynolds Slow Cooker Liners in bottom of slow cooker.
Wash, then cut 6-8 medium potatoes and place in the bottom of slow cooker.
Cover potatoes with 8 oz of water.
After rinsing the roast, place it with the fat side up in center of slow cooker.
Add Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper to your liking.
Cut the medium Vidalia onion in half. Place half on each side of roast.
Wash 1 lb package of baby carrots and place them around the roast. If you have larger carrots cut them up.
Add 4 oz. Worcestershire sauce. This is a matter of taste. Some in our family would use half a bottle, while others say it is too spicy for them.
Cook on low 7-8 hours
