You gotta love meatloaf. So many ideas to choose from for your family to eat.

Lately meatloaf recipes have been very popular on my Pinterest boards. In fact, one had the largest amount of clicks I have ever seen on any pins: Momma’s *BEST* Meatloaf. I did look at it, but decided to not use it because of the hot sauce. Check it out and see if it has ingredients your family would like.

This reminds me of the meatloaf my mom made when I was a kid in the 70’s. But there is one thing she did that made it even better. A layer of half the meatloaf, a layer of ham and cheddar cheese, and then the remaining meatloaf. On top of that a layer of ketchup.

You want to try the Lipton Onion Soup Mix Meatloaf recipe. We had it the other day and it was a big hit. Then for leftovers the next day you can use  crumbled meatloaf in a tortilla with some cheese, and ketchup or salsa. Makes me want to eat right now. We ran out of slow cooker liners. So after years of cooking with them in my slow cooker, I cooked my Chicken and Stuffing recipe without a liner.
